Account Information: Name, email address, phone number (optional), and account preferences.
Wallet Data: Public wallet addresses, transaction history, and balances (read-only). We never collect private keys or seed phrases.
Usage Data: Device information, browser type, IP address, pages viewed, features used, and interaction patterns.
Communication Data: Support tickets, feedback, and correspondence with our team.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Platform; (b) personalize your experience and AI recommendations; (c) process transactions and staking operations; (d) send important account notifications; (e) improve our services and develop new features; (f) detect and prevent fraud; (g) comply with legal obligations.
4. AI and Data Processing
Our AI features analyze your portfolio composition, transaction history, and market data to generate personalized suggestions. This processing is done algorithmically and does not involve human review of individual portfolios. You can disable AI features at any time in AI Settings. AI data is processed on secure servers and is not shared with third parties.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) blockchain networks as required for transactions; (b) service providers who help operate the Platform (hosting, analytics); (c) legal authorities when required by law; (d) in connection with a business transfer or merger. All third-party service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), two-factor authentication, regular security audits, and access controls. Despite our efforts, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the Platform. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) delete your account and data; (d) export your data in a portable format; (e) opt out of marketing communications; (f) restrict data processing. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 7 years for compliance purposes. Usage analytics are retained for 2 years. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

StakeAI is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses and adherence to applicable data protection frameworks.
