Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StakeAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use StakeAI. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Platform Services
StakeAI provides AI-powered crypto staking tools, portfolio analytics, yield optimization suggestions, and related services. The Platform does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All staking decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk. AI suggestions are algorithmic recommendations, not guaranteed outcomes.
5. Wallet Connection
When you connect a crypto wallet to StakeAI, you grant the Platform read-only access to view your wallet balances and transaction history. StakeAI never has access to your private keys, seed phrases, or the ability to move funds without your explicit transaction approval through your wallet provider.
6. Staking Risks
Cryptocurrency staking involves risks including but not limited to: loss of principal, smart contract vulnerabilities, validator slashing, network failures, impermanent loss, and regulatory changes. Lock periods may prevent access to your funds. Past performance and APY rates are not indicative of future results. You acknowledge and accept these risks.
7. Fees
StakeAI may charge subscription fees for premium features. Network transaction fees (gas fees) are determined by the respective blockchain networks and are not controlled by StakeAI. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts; (c) interfere with the Platform's operation; (d) use bots or automated tools to scrape data; (e) engage in market manipulation or fraud; (f) impersonate another person or entity.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of StakeAI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, algorithms, and software — are owned by or licensed to StakeAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StakeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or crypto assets, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to StakeAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through Profile settings. Active stakes remain on-chain and are not affected by account termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StakeAI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
